Disability Friendly
what is disability friendly?
Our new Disability Friendly initiative offers organisations free disability awareness training and the opportunity to become a part of a new inclusive network, supporting people to remain independent in their communities.
What is the benefits?
Many disabilities are hidden and often staff and volunteers can be unsure how or when to offer support. Our training has been developed with a range of partners to help ensure people can continue to live and travel independently. All Disability Friendly participants, receive free training, a certificate and are celebrated in our newsletter and social media/websites
How do we sign up?
You can register to sign up for the training here. Training can be delivered to a group on line or you can access the training in your own time. It's free and it's easy, so what' stopping you......
